Privacy Policy

This Policy explains when and why we collect personal information about people who visit my website, how I use it and keep it secure. The Policy may change from time to time, and by using my website, you’re agreeing to be bound by this Policy.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://loladeephotography.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

I obtain information through my website in three ways: anonymously, directly and by a third-party.

  1. Anonymously: The anonymous information I collect may include your IP address, whether you are using a computer, a tablet or a phone, which country you are located, which website pages are accessed and how long you may spend looking at my website pages.
  2. Directly: The direct information I collect is when you make an inquiry, purchase products or purchase a photographic service. This will be your name, address, phone number and details about your event.
  3. Third Party: The only third party Lola Dee Photography works with is Shootproof where client galleries are held:

    Client Galleries

Lola Dee Photography creates a client gallery for each client to whom photos are delivered as part of the services contracted. Lola Dee Photography’s client galleries are externally hosted by Shootproof. Their privacy policy can be found here: https:// www.shootproof.com/legal/privacy-policy

To visit a Lola Dee Photography client gallery, you will be required to enter personal data (your email address). Your personal data (email address) will be stored within Shootproof’s system, on their servers and will be used to email you up to a maximum of five times and only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed. Only Laura Effinger will have access to your personal data (email address) stored on Shootproof’s system on behalf of Lola Dee Photography. It will only be used as detailed above, will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be passed onto any third parties. Shootproof’s technical support team will have the means to access to your personal data (email address) but will never access or share this data other than by request from Laura Effinger.

By logging into a Lola Dee Photography client gallery, you are agreeing to opt in to receive relevant, gallery-specific emails as described above. Emails are automated, so if you do not wish to receive such emails, it is advised that you do not log into any Lola Dee Photography client galleries.

If you make a purchase directly through Shootproof, then your credit card and billing address will be entered into their system. The only information visible to me is your ship to address and total amount paid. I cannot view your credit card information.

If you wish to request for your personal data (email address) to be deleted from Shootproof’s servers, please email info@loladeephotography.com.
