Happy Wedding Wednesday, everyone! I have an awesome wedding to share with you today! Becky and Tripp were married in front of family and friends at Leesville United Methodist church before they celebrated the night away at T&S Farms. I can’t say enough about how much planning this couple put into everything from the “Birds on a Branch” theme to tying their engagement story into their reception. Everything was absolutely planned to perfection!
But before I share the wedding, be sure you check out Becky’s stunning, southern plantation bridal portraits: click here to see!
The girls got ready at the church while the guys got ready at T&S Farms. The details on Becky’s shoes and her bouquet belonged to her grandmother. I loved how she took her grandmother’s earrings and made them the jewels on her shoes! What a wonderful idea and a very special touch!
It was very special for Becky and Tripp to be married at Leesville United Methodist Church as it is where Tripp’s grandfather preached for many years. He also was the one who performed their ceremony.
Tripp did a great job designing the stationary for this wedding from the invitations to the programs, he made sure to tie in the “Birds on a Branch” theme perfectly. They had a beautiful handbell solo before the chiming of the hour.
Tripp planned an awesome engagement when he and Becky were in Savannah, GA. He had family and close friends each hold up a sign that said “Marry Me?” across from where he brought Becky. One of the letters, the “R”, was held upside down on accident! How awesome is it that he had those letters set up, exactly as they were at the proposal, across the pond at their reception venue, T&S Farms? He also had that detail somewhere else, but you’ll have to scroll down to see! I absolutely love how much planning was put into every aspect of the reception. Putting your own special touches on your wedding is the best way to make it unique!
The “Birds on a Branch” theme was so well done throughout many details in this wedding! From the stationary, to the guest sign, the birds on the couple’s table, the favors, the send off bubbles, the customized lights, and there were so many more! I was so impressed with how much time and effort Becky and Tripp put into their entire day!
Tripp knew the importance of “The Golden Hour,” so he actually planned his wedding around it (that’s a photographer’s dream!!) What’s “The Golden Hour”? It’s the time right before sunset in which the light is soft making it PERFECT for outdoor portraits. What happens when daylight is gone? I break out the off-camera flash. Check out how gorgeous their portraits turned out because Tripp planned this time around the light!
Congratulations, Becky & Tripp! May God bless you in your journey together as husband and wife!
